Runjan M. Chetty

Runjan Chetty did his school education at Dublin (Ireland), London (UK), and Durban (South Africa). His medical education was at the Royal College of Surgeons (Ireland) from October 1976 to June 1982. He is highly qualified with a string of degrees, namely, M.B., B.Ch., BA.O., L.R.C.P., L.R.C.S. degrees from the Royal College of Surgeons, National University, Ireland. He is a Professor of pathology, University of Toronto, and the Director of Surgical Pathology at the Department of Pathology, Laboratory Medicine Program, University Health Network. He is a Consultant of gastrointestinal and pancreas pathology. His research focuses on the molecular aspects of tumors of the GIT and pancreas.
