Murilo Rangel

Murilo Rangel received a Ph.D. degree in physics at Centro Brasileiro de Pesquisas Físicas (CBPF) ,Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, in 2008. Rangel was a CNRS Postdoctoral Fellow at LAL/CNRS (2009-2010) and is currently an Assistant Professor at Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ). Rangel is experienced in particle physics focusing on experimental high-energy physics, acting on the following subjects: Higgs boson and new phenomena searches, jet measurements, and diffractive physics.
