Biagio Lucini
0000-0001-8974-8266Biagio Lucini received his Ph.D. degree from the Scuola Normale Superiore (Pisa, Italy) in October 2000. He has been a Research Fellow and Marie Curie Fellow at the Rudolf Peierls Centre for Theoretical Physics, Oxford University, from 2000 to 2003, when he left to join the Institute for Theoretical Physics at ETH Zurich. In October 2005, he was awarded a Royal Society University Research Fellow to investigate nonperturbative properties of nonabelian gauge theories via numerical simulations at the Swansea University, where he currently holds a professorship. His research interests include particle physics, lattice gauge theories, high-performance computing, statistical mechanics, and critical phenomena.
