Dr. Salameh obtained his DDS and Master in Prosthodontics from Saint-Joseph University, Beirut, Lebanon. He also obtained a Master and Ph.D in “Biomaterials and their Clinical Applications” from Siena University, Italy. Currently he is an Associate Professor at the Research Department, School of Dentistry, Lebanese University, Lebanon. He is also an adjunct Associate Professor at the Center for Craniofacial Regeneration at the University of Pittsburgh, USA. Dr. Salameh areas of interest encompass dental materials used in restorative and prosthodontics, as ceramics and zirconia, with a special focus on different aspect and applications of CADCAM technology; other areas include development of dental implant surface treatment, bone substitute and the application of regenerative medicine in craniofacial therapies. He has conducted and participated in several in-vitro and in-vivo (clinical trials) international multicentric research studies; as well in the development of several dental materials used in esthetic restorative dentistry and CAD/CAM technology. Dr.Salameh has authored and co-authored several papers published in peer reviewed journals;he has lectured regionally and internationally and conducted several seminars.
