Phillip Regalia

Phillip Regalia was born in Walnut Creek, Calif, USA, in 1962. He received the B.S. (with honors), M.S., and Ph.D. degrees in electrical and computer engineering in 1985, 1987, and 1988, respectively, from the University of California at Santa Barbara, and the Habilitation à Diriger des Recherches (necessary to advance to the level of Professor in the French academic system) from the University of Paris-Orsay in 1994. He was Editor-in-Chief of the EURASIP Journal of Wireless Communications and Networking. Presently, he is with the Department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science, the Catholic University of America, Washington, DC, and Editor-in-Chief of the EURASIP Journal of Advances in Signal Processing.
