Lei Cao

Lei Cao received his B.E. degree in electrical engineering from Hefei University of Technology, China, in 1990, his M.S. degree in computer science from the University of Science and Technology of China in 1993, and his Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering from the University of Missouri-Columbia, USA, in 2002. He was with the Department of Electronic Engineering, University of Science and Technology of China, from 1993 to 1998. Currently, he is an Assistant Professor with the Department of Electrical Engineering, University of Mississippi. His research interests include multimedia processing, compressed sensing channel and source coding, and MIMO wireless communications.
