Mahmoud M. El-Nahass

Mahmoud El-Nahass, a Professor of solid state physics, was born in 1948, Egypt. He received B.S. degree in physics and chemistry, Ain Shams University, Egypt, 1970; B.S. degree in physics, Ain Shams University, Egypt, 1972; M.S. degree in solid state physics, Ain Shams University, Egypt, 1977; Ph.D. degree in solid state physics, Ain Shams University, Egypt, 1981. He is a Professor at the Physics Department, Faculty of Education, Ain Shams University, since 1992, a Professor Associate, from 1986 to 1992, a Lecturer, from 1981 to 1986, a Lecturer Associate, from 1977 to 1981, and a Demonstrator, from 1970 to 1977. Moreover, he has supervised up to 30 research thesis' (M.S. and Ph.D.), and more than 110 articles including different topics of research. His research interests are optical properties of thin films, physical properties of semiconductors (thin films and crystals), physical properties of organic materials thin films, and photovoltaic of solar cells (organic and inorganic materials).
