Richard I. Avery received his undergraduate degree and teacher training (i.e., the B.S. and the M.A.T. degrees) from the University of New Hampshire and his graduate degrees from the University of Nebraska (i.e. the M.S. and the Ph.D. degrees). He works as a Professor of mathematics at Dakota State University and his main interest lies in fixed point theory with applications to boundary value problems.
