Cesar Cruz Hernandez received the M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in electrical engineering from CINVESTAV, Mexico, in 1991 and 1995, respectively. Since 1995, he has been working with the Department of Electronics and Telecommunications of the Center for Scientific Research and Advanced Studies of Ensenada (CICESE), Mexico as a Professor of automatic control. His research interests include multimode oscillations of coupled oscillators, chaotic systems analysis and cryptography, social and neural networks, synchronization and control of complex dynamical systems, and some practical applications. He serves as an Editor of the Journal of Nonlinear Dynamics and Systems Theory and Journal of Advanced Research in Dynamical and Control Systems.
