Yufeng Zhang

Yufeng Zhang was born on May 18, 1976. He received B.S. (1995–1999), M.S. (1999–2001), and Ph.D. (2001–2004) degrees in instrument science and technology at Harbin Institute of Technology, Harbin, China. Now he works as a Professor at the School of Astronautics, Harbin Institute of Technology, and the Vice Director of the Department of Electronic Science and Technology. He has hosted more than 20 research projects which include 973 programs, 863 programs, and researches supported by the National Natural Science Foundation. Zhang has published more than 80 academic articles and obtained more than 12 national invention patents authorization. His major research fields include micro-/nanodevices and power MEMS.
