Jan H. Janse

Jan H. Janse studied biology and environmental science at the Utrecht University. Janse graduated from the Wageningen University with the Ph.D. thesis “Model studies on the eutrophication of shallow lakes and ditches.” Janse is currently employed at the Netherlands Environmental Assessment Agency, sector Nature, a government institute on the science-policy interface. Janse has Working experience in (applied) aquatic ecology and modelling of aquatic ecosystems. Now, Janse is involved in global modelling of the biodiversity of aquatic ecosystems including wetlands, in relation to anthropogenic pressures and ecosystem services.
