Hyeong-Joon Ahn

Hyeong-Joon Ahn received B.S., M.S., and Ph.D. degrees from the School of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering, Seoul National University in 1995, 1997, and 2001, respectively. Currently, he was a Research Associate both in the Department of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering of University of Virginia, USA. In addition, he was a Research Assistant Professor in the School of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering, Seoul National University, Korea. Now he is a full-time faculty member in Department of Mechanical Engineering of Soongsil University, Korea. His current research interests are the dynamics and control of rotating machinery, robust control, identification, sensors, and actuators.
