Liqiang Mai

Liqiang Mai serves as the Chair Professor of WUT-Harvard Joint Nano Key Laboratory, State Key Laboratory of Advanced Technology for Materials Synthesis and Processing, Wuhan University of Technology. From 2008 to 2011, he was an Advanced Research Scholar at Harvard University (Collaboration Supervisor: Professor Charles M. Lieber). He conducted his postdoctoral research at Georgia Institute of Technology from 2006 to 2007 (Collaboration Supervisor: Professor Zhonglin Wang). He received his Ph.D. degree from Wuhan University of Technology in 2004 (Supervisor: Professor Wen Chen), his M.E. degree from Guilin Institute of Technology in 2001 (Supervisor: Professor Zhengguang Zou), and his B.E. degree from Taiyuan University of Technology in 1998. His research interests include nanoenergy materials and devices; nanoelectronic and biological materials and devices. He has conducted more than 10 research projects. Mai has published 65 papers tagged by SCI in leading journals such as Nat. Commun., Nano Letters, Advanced Materials, PNAS, and ACS Nano, which have been cited 660 times.
