Myriam Labopin

Myriam Labopin was born in Montceau-les-Mines, France, in 1961. She completed her studies in medicine with distinction in 1986. She received the M.S. degree in pharmacology from the Université Claude Bernard, Lyon, and in biostatistics from the Université Paris XI in 1989 and 1990, respectively. She is a Senior Biostatistician working for the European Group for Blood and Marrow Transplantation since 1990. She acts as the Statistician of the ALWP (Acute Leukaemia Working Party of the EBMT). She is responsible for the methodological and statistical quality of all scientific studies ongoing within that working party. She is also the Chairperson of the Statistical Committee of the EBMT since its creation in 2004. She served as a Senior Statistical Advisor to EBMT and transplant units in France. Labopin provides assistance to clinicians and statisticians working in the field of hematopoietic stem cell transplantations.
