Abdellatif Moudafi served as a Full Professor at the University of the French West Indies and Guiana(Martinique, France) since 1999, Associate Professor at the University of the French West Indies and Guiana (Guadeloupe, France), Associate Professor at the University of the French West Indies and Guiana from 1997 to 1999, and Full Professor at the Marrakech University (Morocco) from 1995 to 1997 and held a Postdoc position at the University of Limoges from 1993 to 1995. He received an award for doctoral supervision and research 2001/2005 and 2006/2010 and award for scientific excellence 2011/2015. He obtained an HDR degree (accreditation to supervise research in mathematics), Universit’ Montpellier 2in January 1997, Doctorat d' état (Ph.D. degree in mathematics) Université Hassan II-Mohammedia in July 1995, and Doctorat (Ph.D. in applied mathematics) Universit’ Montpellier 2 in May 1991. His research interests include (optimization/applied nonlinear analysis): coupling algorithms and approximation, proximal (inertial) algorithms of selection, solvability, and sensitivity of variational problems, and variational inequalities and fixed-point problems.
