Jayesh H. Kotecha
Jayesh H. Kotecha received his B.E. in electronics
and telecommunications from the
College of Engineering, Pune, India in 1995,
and M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in electrical
engineering from the State University of
New York at Stony Brook in 1996 and
2001, respectively. Since January 2002, he
has been with the University of Wisconsin
at Madison as a postdoctoral researcher. Dr.
Kotecha's research interests are chiefly in the
fields of communications, signal processing and information theory.
His present interests are in statistical signal processing, adaptive
signal processing and particle filters, physical layer aspects
in communications like channel modelling, estimation, detection,
and coding in the contexts of single antenna and multi-input multi-output
systems.
