User Biography : Dr Dong Qiu Dong Qiu obtained his Ph.D. degree (2009) at University of Electronic Science and Technology of China. He serves as the Editor-in-Chief of Journal of Mathematics and Informatics and an editor of Journal of Fuzzy Set Valued Analysis and Journal of Chemistry. He acts as the Deputy Director of Institute of Applied Mathematics of Chongqing University of Posts and Telecommunications. His area of expertise includes set-valued analysis, nonadditive measure theory, approximate reasoning, rough sets, fuzzy sets, and automata theory. His research grants and contract research position focus on differential theory of fuzzy-valued functions based on t-norms and t-conorms, Natural Science Foundation of China; on relations among error management climate, knowledge transformation, and innovative behavior, the National Social Science Fund of China; on fuzzy differential theory, Mathematical Tianyuan Foundation of China; on closed fuzzy matroids, Chongqing Municipal Education Commission; on decision making and its application, Chongqing Municipal Education Commission.
