Ahmed Melhaoui received his Ph.D. degree in phytochemistry, natural products, toxicology at Museum National d'Histoire Naturelle, Paris, France, 1993. He was Doctor in pharmacochemistry (Faulty of Pharmacy, Marseille, France, 1986). He is Professor of biology cell and phytochemistry at the Mohamed First University, Oujda, Morocco. His fields of interest are chemicals and drugs, molecular structure, alkaloids, pyrazoles, cytotoxins; living beings, Araceae, Amaryllidaceae; anatomy, fibroblasts, tumor cell line; physiology, cell survival, gastrointestinal motility. His concepts and ideas include inhibitory Concentration 50; procedures: drug screening assays, anticancer, antitumor, phytotherapy, pharmacognosy.
