Dr Robert Murray MB.BS, BSc, MD, FRCP was appointed as a Consultant Endocrinologist at Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust in 2004. His areas of sub-speciality interest include pituitary disease, late endocrine effects of cancer therapy & haematological disorders, and thyroid cancer. His research interests have been in the areas of growth hormone deficiency and excess, and the impact of cancer therapy on the endocrine system. Dr Murray is currently a member of the Clinical Committee, Nurses Committee, and Corporate Liason Committee of the Society for Endocrinology; is a convener for the pituitary special interest group of the Society for Endocrinology; and actively involved with Map of Medicine.
