David Best

David Best received his B.A. degree with honors and both an M.S. and a Ph.D. degrees. He currently works as an Associate Professor of addiction studies at Monash University and Head of Research for Turning Point Alcohol and Drug Centre in Melbourne, Australia. Dr. Best's research experience is around treatment effectiveness and recovery. He is the author of over 100 peer-reviewed research publications and two books Mapping the Road to Addiction Recovery and Addiction Recovery: A Movement for Social Change and Personal Growth in the UK .
