User Biography : Prof Can Quan Dr. Can Quan received his Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering (Prof. Sh F.LI) from Tianjin University in 2005. From 2005 to 2006 he was Research Scientist in the field of Chemical Metrology at National Research Center for Certified Reference Material (NRCCRM) in Beijing. From 2006 to 2008, he was an associate research fellow (Prof. Charlotta Turnner) at Uppsala University, Sweden. In Addition, he was a visiting scholar at Stanford University. Since 2008, he is now an associate professor at the Division of Analytical Chemistry of the National Institute of Metrology. His research areas are: Chemical Metrology, High purity grade solvent, Supercritical fluid technologies, Nanotechnology. Dr. Quan has published more than 60 scientific papers.
