Christophe A. Marquette

Christophe A. Marquette was born in Grenoble, France, in 1973. He received the Doctorat de spécialité degree in biochemistry (1999) from the Université Claude Bernard-Lyon 1, France. After a two-year postdoctoral fellowship at the Concordia University (QC, Canada), he integrated the Centre National de la Recherche Scientifique (CNRS). He is presently a permanent Researcher at the Institut de Chimie et Biochimie Moléculaires et Supramoléculaires (ICBMS, UMR5246, CNRS-Université Lyon1) and is in charge of the biochips and microarrays subgroup. Since 1998, he has been an author or a coauthor of more than 65 articles, 7 book chapters, 4 patents, and more than 60 communications. His research interests include new technologies for biochip and microarrays, immobilization chemistries for performance-enhanced optical biochips and microarrays, polymers modification with biomolecules, and electrochemistry and electrografting of biomolecules for diagnosis.
