J. Dydak

J. Dydak received the M.S. degree and the Ph.D. degree in mathematics from University of Warsaw, Poland, in 1974 and 1975, respectively. Since 1990 he has been a Professor at the Department of Mathematics of University of Tennessee, Knoxville, USA, where he is doing research in topology and coarse geometry. He received Polish Mathematical Society Award for Young Mathematicians in 1977, Scientific Award of Math. Division of Polish Academy of Sciences in 1978, and S.Mazurkiewicz Award of the Polish Mathematical Society in 1981. He is currently a Member of the Editorial Board of International Journal of Mathematics and Mathematical Sciences, Revista Matemática Complutense, and Topology Proceedings.
