From 2003, Associate Professor of Pediatrics at University of Cagliari. Board member of the Italian Society of Neonatology for 9 years. Founder, Former Executive Board Member and Scientific Officer UENPS (Union European Neonatal Perinatal Societies), Former Board Member UMENS (Union Mediterranean Neonatal Societies). Member of the National Pediatric Commission on Risk Management. Winner of awards in National and International meetings. Member of the European Workshop of Neonatology and of the International Perinatal Collegium. Coordinator of several multicenter clinical researches in neonatology. Area of scientific interest includes: nephrology, pharmacology, infections, laboratory medicine, pathology, metabolomics. Editor in Chief of Journal of Pediatric and Neonatal Individualized Medicine, board member in 7 International Journals and referee of 30 International Journals. Speaker in more than 300 Congresses (> 100 International). Organizer of more than 55 Congresses and International Workshops on Neonatology (8 in Cagliari).
