Jae-Hyeon Ko, Ph.D., serves as a Professor, Department of Physics, Hallym University, Chuncheon, Korea, since 2004. He is a Member of several societies and editorial boards of many famous journals. He received the Hallym Academic Award, Hallym University and the Distinguished Paper Award, Korean Information Display Society, both in 2010. His areas of expertise include inelastic light scattering spectroscopy (Brillouin/Raman spectroscopy) of condensed matters, in particular, ferroelectrics, relaxors, dielectrics, glass-transition materials, and liquids, and optical design and evaluation of illumination devices such as backlights for liquid crystal displays.
