Hang Su received his B.S. and M.S. degrees, both in electrical engineering, from Zhejiang University, Hangzhou, China, and obtained his Ph.D. degree in computer engineering from Texas A&M University, College Station, TX. Dr. Su worked as Principle Systems Engineer in Powerwave Technologies, Santa Ana, California. He is currently a Senior Systems Engineer with Qualcomm, Santa Clara, California. His research interests focus on cognitive radio networks, vehicular ad hoc networks, wireless LAN, and wireless sensor networks with emphasis on design and analysis of MAC and routing protocols. Two of his papers received the Best Paper Awards at the IEEE GLOBECOM 2009 and the IEEE WCNC 2010, respectively.
