Dongsheng Che is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Computer Science at East Stroudsburg University (ESU). He received his Ph.D. degree in computer science from the University of Georgia, Athens, Ga, USA, in 2008 and has since been on the faculty at ESU. His main research interests are in the broad areas of computational biology/bioinformatics with foci on comparative genomics, transcriptional regulatory networks, and biological pathways. He is also interested in structural genomics. He has more than 20 publications of his research in bioinformatics journals including Nucleic Acids Research, Bioinformatics, BMC Genomics, and Proteins.
