Sudharman K. Jayaweera
Sudharman K. Jayaweera received the B.E. degree in electrical and electronic engineering with first class honors from the University of Melbourne, Australia, in 1997 and M.A. degree from Princeton University in 2001. Since 1999, he has been a graduate student at Princeton University, USA, where he is working toward the Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering. During the years of 1998 and 1999, he worked at the US Wireless Corporation in San Ramon, Calif, USA, as a Member of the Wireless Signal Processing Algorithm Development Group, where he was involved in the development of wireless geolocation algorithms for the companys proprietary radiocamera technology. He has held summer research internships at Envoy Networks, Inc. in Boston, Mass, USA, Magnify, Inc. in Chicago, Ill, USA, Australian Telecommunications Research Institute in Perth, Australia, and the Department of Mathematics, University of Melbourne, Australia. His current research interests include space-time coding, multiple antenna wireless systems, adaptive and array signal processing, information theoretic aspects of fading channels, and multiuser detection.
