Terence B. Hook


Terence B. Hook has been working with IBM since 1980. After receiving his B.S. degree from Brown University, he earned his Ph.D. degree from Yale University in 1986. At IBM, he has worked on technology integration and device design for bipolar, BiCMOS, and CMOS technologies as well as process-induced charging issues. He currently serves as a Senior Technical Staff Member in the Semiconductor Research and Development Center, dividing his time between Essex Junction, Vermont, East Fishkill, and Albany NanoTech in New York. His current and continuing interests are in fully depleted device physics, both FinFET and planar, device-matching behavior, and plasma damage.
