Di He received his B.E. degree in information engineering from Huazhong University of Science and Technology, Wuhan, China, in 1996, the M.E. degree in communications and information systems from Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications, Nanjing, China, in 1999, and the Ph.D. degree in circuits and systems from Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Shanghai, China, in 2002. From 2002 to 2004, he served in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, University of Calgary, Calgary, AB, Canada, as a postdoctoral fellow. He is currently an Associate Professor in the Department of Electronic Engineering, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Shanghai, China. His research interests are in the areas of wireless communications especially LTE communications under high-speed environments, cognitive radio networks, chaos and stochastic resonance dynamics and their applications in communications, and computer network intrusion detection. Dr. He has published more than 90 journal and conference papers. He is now serving as the General Secretariat of the IEEE Circuits and Systems Society Shanghai Chapter.
