Teen-Hang Meen

National Formosa University, Taiwan

Teen-Hang Meen was born in Tainan, Taiwan, on August, 1967. He received his B.S. degree from the Department of Electrical Engineering, National Cheng Kung University (NCKU), Tainan, Taiwan, in 1989, and his M.S. and Ph.D. degrees from Institute of Electrical Engineering, National Sun Yat-Sen University (NSYSU), Kaohsiung, Taiwan, in 1991 and 1994, respectively. He was the Chairman of the Department of Electronic Engineering from 2005 to 2011 in National Formosa University, Yunlin, Taiwan. He got the Excellent Research Award of National Formosa University in 2008. Currently, he is a Professor in the Department of Electronic Engineering, National Formosa University, Huwei, Yunlin, Taiwan. His current research interests include semiconductor physics, optoelectronic devices, and nanotechnology. Since 2011, he has been the President of Taiwanese Institute of Knowledge Innovation.
