Zhifei Dai

Zhifei Dai holds a Ph.D. degree. He works as a Professor, Department of Biomedical Engineering, Peking University, Beijing, China. Dai is the recipient of the following honors and awards: National Natural Science Foundation for Distinguished Young Scholars, New Century Excellent Talents in Chinese Universities, Longjiang Scholar Distinguished Professor, Natural Science Foundation of Heilongjiang Province for Distinguished Young Scholars, and The First Prize for Natural Sciences in Heilongjiang Province in 2010. His areas of research include molecular imaging, contrast agents, molecular probes, theranostic agents, nanomedicine, drug delivery systems, biosensor, and bioassay. Professor Dai serves as a Senior Editor or a Member of editorial board for several international and national journals such as Insciences Journal, Chinese Journal of Nuclear Medicine and Molecular Imaging, and so on. He has made breakthrough in molecular imaging, controlled drug release, targeting drug delivery, contrast agents for both imaging and therapy, and biosensing nanomaterials. He has published over 70 papers in SCI journals, applied more than 20 patents, published one book, and given more than 20 invited academic lectures around the world.
