Jesus Garcia

J. García is currently an Associate Professor
at Universidad Carlos III de Madrid, working
for the Computer Science Department
since year 2000. He received a degree in
telecommunications engineering from Universidad
Politécnica de Madrid in 1996, and
his Ph.D. degree from the same university
in 2001. He is now working for the Applied
Artificial Intelligence Research Group. Before,
he was a Member of the Data Processing
and Simulation Group at Universidad Politécnica de Madrid.
He has participated in several national and European projects
related to air traffic management. His main interests are artificial
intelligence applied to engineering aspects in the context of
radar and image data processing, navigation, and air traffic management.
He has authored more than 10 publications in journals
and 30 in international conferences.
