Siao Chung Luo

Siao Chung Luo graduated with a B.Eng. degree (honors) from the University of Melbourne, Victoria, Australia, in 1978. He joined NUS as a Senior Tutor in 1981 and obtained his M.Eng. degree in 1983 and his Ph.D. degree (Uiversity of London, UK) and D.I.C. degree (Imperial College, London, UK) in 1985. He is presently an Associate Professor at the Department of Mechanical Engineering and also the Department Coordinator for the Aeronautical Engineering Specialization. His research interests include aerodynamics, bluff body aerodynamics, flow-induced vibration of structures, and experimental techniques in fluid mechanics.
