Wayne A. Anderson

Wayne A. Anderson received the Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering in 1970 with a focus on radiation effects in microwave semiconductor devices. He was an Assistant Professor and then an Associate Professor at Rutgers University before moving to the University at Buffalo where he is now a Full Professor. His current research is on thin semiconductor films, solar cells, thin film transistors, and photodetectors. He has over 200 refereed journal publications and 6 patents.
