William B. Rodgers
William B. Rodgers, holder of the M.D. degree, practices at Spine Midwest, Inc., Jefferson City, USA, and is Medical Director of the Spine Center at St Mary’s Health Center in Jefferson City, USA. His surgical practice is predominately dedicated to the treatment of degenerative conditions of the lumbar, cervical, and thoracic spine with a smaller emphasis on neoplastic, deformity, and traumatic conditions. After receiving a B.S. degree in molecular biophysics and biochemistry from Yale University, New Haven, USA, he graduated from Harvard Medical School, Boston, USA. He completed a surgical internship and orthopedic residency at Massachusetts General Hospital, Boston, USA, and got training in spine surgery at Massachusetts General Hospital and in pediatric orthopedics at Boston Children's Hospital, USA. He is certified by the American Board of Orthopedic Surgery. Dr. Rodgers has published in numerous medical journals and has presented papers in scientific meetings worldwide. Dr Rodgers also serves on the board of directors of the Association Europeene des Groupes de Recherche pour l’OsteosyntheseRachidienne (ARGOS), the Society of Lateral Access Surgery (SOLAS), and St Mary’s Health Center. He serves as Executive Editor of the Journal of Spine and Neurosurgery and Chairman of the SOLAS International Committee.
