Zhigang Jiang received his B.S., M.S., and Ph.D. degrees in mechanical engineering, all from the Wuhan University of Science and Technology, Wuhan, China, in 2004, 2007, and 2001, respectively. Jiang has been a Postdoc in sustainable manufacturing engineering from the Purdue University, Wuhan, China, in 2001. Jiang has been a Guest Editor of Sustainable Manufacturing, the International Journal of Advanced Manufacturing Technology from 2012 to present, Vice Chairman of Industrial Engineering Department, Wuhan University of Science and Technology, Wuhan, China, from 2009 to present, a Visiting Scholar at the Purdue University, Wuhan, China, from 2010 to 2011, a Visiting Scholar at the Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Shanghai, China, from 2009 to 2010, a Lecturer at the Wuhan University of Science and Technology, Wuhan, China, from 2006 to 2008, and an Assistant at the Wuhan University of Science and Technology, Wuhan, China, from 2004 to 2006. Jiang is interested in green manufacturing and remanufacturing, life cycle assessment, and reverse supply chain management.
