Gert Cuypers

Gert Cuypers was born in Leuven, Belgium, in 1975. In 1998 he received the Master's degree in electrical engineering from the Katholieke Universiteit Leuven (KULeuven), Leuven, Belgium. Currently he is pursuing the Ph.D. degree at the Department of Electrical Engineering (ESAT), Leuven, Belgium, under the supervision of Marc Moonen. From 1999 to 2003, he was supported by the Flemish Institute for Scientific and Technological Research in Industry (IWT). At the moment he teaches at the Leuven Engineering School (Groep T), Leuven, Belgium. His interests are in digital communications and RF technology. His amateur radio call sign is ON4DSP.
