J. Leigh Leasure

J. Leigh Leasure received a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Richmond in 1994, and Ph.D. from the University of Texas at Austin in 2000. She then did a postdoctoral fellowship at the Salk Institute. Since 2004 she has been a member of the Department of Psychology and the Department of Biology & Biochemistry at the University of Houston. Currently, she is an Associate Professor. Dr. Leasure studies exercise-induced plasticity in the intact and injured brain.
