Fang Wang

Fang Wang received a Ph.D. degree from North Carolina State University, Raleigh, North Carolina, USA in 1998 under Professor M. Khaledi. Currently, he is a Group Leader in Analytical Research and Development Department, Amgen Inc., California, USA. His research includes capillary electrophoresis (CE), high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), super/subcritical fluid chromatography (SFC), thermal and spectroscopic characterizations of pharmaceutical compounds in drug substances and drug products. Dr. Wang’s academic research focuses on chiral separations by CE, HPLC and SFC. He is also interested in structural elucidation and trace analysis of pharmaceutical compounds with GC/MS, LC/MS and SFC/MS.
