Masahide Yamazaki

Masahide YAMAZAKI Kanazawa University Graduate School of medicine, Kanazawa, Japan Masahide Yamazaki was born in Hakui, Japan, in 1962. He received the Bachelor of Medicine and the .D. degree from the Kanazawa University, Kanazawa, in 1988 and 1992, respectively. Since 1992, M. Yamazaki worked Kanazawa University Hospital as an assistant professor. From 1997 to 1998, he was a post-doctoral fellow at Ball Memorial Hospital. Muncie, IN, USA. From 2006, he has been a lecturer of Cellular Transplantation Biology, Kanazawa University Graduate School of Medicine, Kanazawa, Japan. From 2010, He assumed the chair of Scientific Standardization Committee of “Antiphospholipid antibodies” in Japanese Society of Thrombosis and Haemostasis. He is mainly interested in haemostasis and thrombosis, especially, pathogenesis, diagnosis, and treatment of antiphospholipid syndrome. In 2002, he was recipient of the young investigator award at the 2nd Congress of Asian Pacific Society of Thrombosis and Haemostasis. M. Yamazaki is a representative member for Japanese Society of Thrombosis and Haemostasis, Japanese Soceity of Hematology. He is an Associate Editor of Japanese Journal of Thrombosis and Haemostasis.
