Shiping Huang

Shiping Huang obtained the Ph.D. degree (1995) from the Shanghai Institute of Metallurgy, Chinese Academy of Sciences. After that Dr. Huang became a Postdoctoral Researcher at Shiga University of Medical Sciences (with F. Yoshida), New Mexico State University (with David E. Smith), the University of South Carolina (with P. B. Balbuena), and Vrije Universiteit Brussel (with Gino Baron and Joeri Denayer). Huang joined Beijing University of Chemical Technology in August 2002 as an Associate Professor. Huang was promoted to be a Professor in 2005. Research interests are focused on computation techniques aiming at understanding the properties of bimetallic and metal oxide nanoparticles. Huang has published more than 80 papers.
