Bin Yu

Bin Yu received his Ph.D. degree in atmospheric science from the Chinese Academy of Sciences (China). He was a Postdoctoral Fellow at the University of Washington, Seattle, USA and the Canadian Centre for Climate Modelling and Analysis (Canada). He has been a Research Scientist at the Climate Research Division of Environment Canada since 2004. His research interests include climate variability and climate change, climate sensitivity and feedback, atmospheric circulation and teleconnection, and monsoon meteorology. His research contributes to understanding of climate processes, climate variability, and climate change.
