David L. Andrews

David L. Andrews leads research at the University of East Anglia on fundamental molecular photonics and molecular energy transport, optomechanical forces, and nonlinear optical phenomena. He has approximately 200 research papers and numerous books to his name. His research group's current focus is on novel mechanisms for optical nanomanipulation and switching, and light-harvesting in nanostructured molecular systems. Andrews is a Fellow of the SPIE, the Royal Society of Chemistry (FRSC), and the Institute of Physics (FInstP). He is currently Chair of the RSC Molecular Spectroscopy Group.
