Naihua Xiu is a Professor in Department of Applied Mathematics, Beijing Jiaotong University. He received his PhD degree in Operations Research from Academy Mathematics and System Science of the Chinese Academy of Science in 1997. He was a Research Fellow of City University of Hong Kong from 2000 to 2002, and he was a Visiting Scholar of University of Waterloo from 2006 to 2007. His research interest includes Theory and Algorithms for Optimization, Variational Inequalities and Complementarity Problems, etc.
