Silvia Vendetti (SV) has worked on Immunoregulation and vaccine/adjuvants research. SV has experience on immunoregulatory mechanisms during HIV and tuberculosis infections. She studied the immunomodulatory effects of bacterial toxins and their derivatives in human cells and in vivo as mucosal adjuvants. Her expertise is focused on studying the mechanisms of action of known and new candidate systemic and mucosal adjuvants.
