Wenhua Chen

Wenhua Chen received his B.S. degree in microwave engineering from the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China (UESTC), Chengdu, China, in 2001, and the Ph.D. degree in electronic engineering from Tsinghua University, Beijing, China, in 2006. From 2010 to 2011, he was a Postdoctoral Fellow with the Intelligent RF Radio Laboratory (iRadio Lab), University of Calgary. He is currently an Associate Professor with the Department of Electronic Engineering, Tsinghua University, Beijing, China. He has authored or coauthored over 70 journal and conference papers. He holds two U.S. patents. He has several Chinese patents pending. His main research interests include power-efficiency enhancement for wireless transmitters, PA predistortion, and reconfigurable and smart antennas.
