Felice Nava
Felice Nava received M.D. and Ph.D. degrees. He serves as the Director of the Scientific Committee of the Italian Society of Addiction Medicine (FeDerSerD) and as the Chief of the penitentiary medicine of the Local Health Unit n. 16 of the Veneto Region. He obtained GIS degree in medicine in 1994 and the residency in clinical pharmacology and toxicology in 1998 and in psychotherapy in 2007. In 2003, he earned his Ph.D. degree in neuroscience. Dr. Nava has a long-standing interest in the pharmacological treatments of addiction and alcoholism. In the last years, his major effort was the translation and application of research-based findings to real-world settings. Dr. Nava is the author of more than 30 papers in peer-reviewed journals, seven books, and several chapters of books.
