André Leroy

André Leroy received his Ph.D. degree from the University of Mons, Mons, Belgium, in 1985, and the Habilitation degree from the University of Valenciennes, Valenciennes, France, in 1992. He currently serves as a Professor at the University of Artois, Arras, France. Leroy worked as an Assistant (1979–1985) and as a Lecturer (1985–1988) at the University of Mons. His research areas focus on noncommutative ring theory, structure of ore extensions, graded rings, arithmetic of skew polynomials, and coding theory.
