Ming-Kai Chern

Ming-Kai Chern was born in Taipei, Taiwan. He earned the Ph.D. degree in biochemistry and molecular biology in 1998, Rutgers University, NJ, USA. He was a Postdoctoral Fellow at Institute of Molecular Biology, Academia Sinica, Taiwan, from 1998 to 2003. Since 2003, he serves as an Assistant Professor at Tamkang University, Taiwan. His main research interests include enzymology, proteomics, and cell biology.
